This Privacy Policy explains what information LBT Trading ("we," "us") collects when you visit this website, join our free Discord community, or sign up for a free resource (course, PDF guide, or waitlist), and how that information is used.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly:

Email address — when you sign up for the free course, a free PDF guide, the waitlist, or any other opt-in form on this site.
Discord username/ID — if you join our Discord server, Discord itself collects and controls this data under its own privacy policy; we only see your activity within our server.
Payment information — if you purchase the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator, payment is processed by our checkout provider (Whop); we do not directly store your card details.

We do not currently use any analytics or ad-tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). If we add any in the future, this section will be updated before that tracking goes live.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the free resource you requested (course access, PDF download, waitlist confirmation).
To send educational emails, updates about LBT Trading, and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
To operate and moderate the Discord community.
To process payments and deliver purchased products.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties to run this site and community. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

System.io — our email marketing platform. Email addresses collected through opt-in forms on this site are stored and processed by System.io on our behalf.
Discord — our community platform. See Discord's Privacy Policy.
Whop — our checkout/payment processor for the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator.

5. Data Retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove your information from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, email us at hello@lightbulbtrading.com. You can also unsubscribe from emails directly using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

7. Cookies

This site does not currently use cookies or tracking technology beyond what's strictly necessary for it to function (for example, remembering that you've dismissed the cookie notice). We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking script.

If we add an analytics tool such as Google Analytics (GA4) in the future, this section will be updated to name the tool, what it tracks, and how to opt out — and the cookie banner on this site will ask for your consent before that tracking runs, not just disclose it afterward. Visitors in the EU/EEA and UK will be asked to actively accept before any non-essential tracking cookie is set. You can also manage or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

This site and community are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18 years old.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
