1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, joining the LBT Trading Discord community, or purchasing the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or community.

2. Description of Service

LBT Trading provides trading education content, a free Discord community, free resources (course, PDF guides), and Full Access — our paid tier, which includes the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator, early access to new indicator features, and the LBT Journal, sold via Whop. Full Access is currently invite-only (apply to join in Discord); a self-serve monthly plan will open to the public soon.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, join the community, or purchase our products.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this site, in the Discord community, or in the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All content is educational. See our Risk Disclaimer for the full warning.

5. Community Conduct

Access to the Discord community is a privilege, not a right. We may remove or ban members who violate community rules, harass other members, or misuse shared content, at our discretion.

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases of the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; cancellation does not refund the current billing period.

7. Access & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the indicator, community, or any paid product if you violate these terms, without refund, at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by LBT Trading — including the CE Algorithmic Pro indicator, course materials, and PDF guides — are owned by LBT Trading and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of access credentials is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The indicator, course, and all other content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBT Trading is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the site, community, or indicator.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or community after changes means you accept the updated terms.
